I’ve worked with other agencies before that talk about high pay, but when it comes down to it, they’re not transparent and you end up feeling misled. With VerbaCare, it’s the complete opposite. They’re upfront about everything, they actually show you the district contract, and you get 80% of what the district reimburses. It’s honest and fair, and you always know where you stand.
    The fact that they’re run by therapists makes a huge difference. They really understand what we deal with on the ground — the caseloads, the paperwork, the burnout — and it shows in how they communicate and support you. I’ve felt heard, respected, and backed every step of the way.
    There’s no weird competition or secrecy about pay. Everyone is paid fairly, and it’s just such a relief to be part of something that’s transparent and equal. That kind of trust is hard to find.
    Even after I got placed, they didn’t just disappear. They checked in, made sure the caseload was reasonable, and stayed available if anything came up. It wasn’t just about filling a position they really cared that it was the right fit.
    If you’re a CF, SLPA, or SLP looking for an agency that actually values you not just says it, but shows it, I really can’t recommend VerbaCare enough.
